Confession I’m 245lb , That the biggest I had
ever been. And I need to shift 4 stone.
Since 2019 I have walked the Camino Frances and the Via Francigena, I always start heavy and then by the end I’m around 13.5 stone (190lb) and I feel great. But this time with the Appalachian Trial, because it’s so tough; I really need to start off feeling great and then get even better.
