The path is made for walking,
"
Act as if everything is working out for you. Loss is simply learning, Rejection is your Release. Lean into the adversity and you will become stronger for it. Just show up and you will see.

Confession I’m 245lb , That the biggest I had
ever been. And I need to shift 4 stone.
Since 2019 I have walked the Camino Frances and the Via Francigena, I always start heavy and then by the end I’m around 13.5 stone (190lb) and I feel great. But this time with the Appalachian Trial, because it’s so tough; I really need to start off feeling great and then get even better. So I got to be at my ideal weight.Check my progress on insta not2Old2
In 2019, I had a powerful realization while walking the Camino Frances, a 500-mile pilgrimage from France to Spain. The people I encountered and their stories greatly affected me, making me realise more than ever, this life isn't practice rehearsal, it's the final show. So, I promised myself to always live my best life.
At 63 I have decided to have a gap year. I finally managed
to sell my Business, I got peanuts for it but enough to get me started on the
year and if I matched it with a bit of entrepreneurial spirit and a good slice
of luck, I should be able to last out a year. About 10 years ago I started this blog and I am going to use this space as my Journal and post on Insta
too. Ultimately I want to thru hike Appalachian Trial before the end of my gap year (2200 miles) so I need to be fit and
wealthy (both of which I’m the opposite of now) so let’s see how I get on.
